About Me
My name is Amy Starkey and I am a 2000 Franklin High School graduate and a 2004 graduate from Sam Houston State University.
The 2022-23 school year starts my 19th year of teaching. All which have been in Franklin ISD except my first two years, which were in Hearne ISD. I have taught grades 3, 8, and 9-12.
This year, I am teaching Pre-AP Geometry, Pre-AP Pre-Calculus, Algebraic Reasoning, and Algebra II. In addition too, I am the High School twirling sponsor.
I know this year will bring some challenges, but with the help of my staff, administrators, and parents, I feel this will be a challenging but successful school year.
