I have always been in love with percussion instruction and performance and am more than excited to be an assistant director with the Franklin Band and Percussion this year. My goal is to achieve excellence with Franklin's percussion and I hope to achieve great things with the Lion Band. I plan on pushing every student to be their very best, and hope they push themselves to truly reach their untapped potential.

I started my passion as a student myself and attended Howard Payne University to receive my degree in Music Education in 2022. In the short time I've been teaching, I have had some tremendous experiences and successes. Taking schools like Early HS and San Angelo Central HS  to receive superior ratings at marching contest, achieving 1st place at TCGC Indoor championships with San Angelo Central HS Indoor Drumline, and helping numerous students achieve a superior rating at UIL solo and ensemble as well as places in Region/Centex bands.

I hope to help create some incredible musicians and to lead Franklin's percussion to do some amazing things in my time with the band. Seeing the sheer talent of the students puts hope in me that this program will do incredible things and I am excited to be a part of it.
